Rudd Seeley Wallis, LLC is a full-service real estate development company whose primary focus is the development of commercial property throughout the southeastern United States with emphasis on build-to-suit freestanding development.

The partners of Rudd Seeley Wallis, LLC have been together since 1996 to take advantage of the knowledge gained from the sixty+ years of cumulative commercial real estate experience of its three partners: Bill Seeley, Steve Rudd, and Bill Wallis. Our time invested in assisting and understanding criteria and requirements of restaurant and retail tenants over the years has given us a valuable tool to select sites and solicit end-users for those properties and ultimately develop productive units for these tenants. Since its inception, the partners of Rudd Seeley Wallis, LLC have developed over 60 properties for national and regional companies.
